This short circular trail to relax and unwind is varied and leads through forests and Weide. Hikers are constantly offered views of the gentle, hilly landscape. There is a shelter and seating at the "Jägerfichte" rest area. This was already an important crossroads in Germanic times. Two information boards provide more details.

The deep hollow ways (ground monument) that lead south along the forest path are impressive. These are part of the "Eisenstraße Südwestfalen". This is a trade route that crossed the Märkischer Kreis, the Olpe district and the Siegerland region over 500 years ago. It follows the visible traces of Südwestfalen's industrial culture.
