Olpe leisure pool
The GPX track starts at the leisure pool in Olpe and leads north along the east bank to the Biggedamm near Attendorn. Shortly before this, you pass Waldenburg Bay. In fine summer weather, the beautiful beach here is a great place to stop for a swim. Don't miss the magnificent view over the lake from the "BiggeBlick" viewing platform. This can be reached from the Waldenberger Bucht parking lot via a short footpath over a hill. However, you can of course start this circular tour at any point.
The "Leuchtturm" café right next to the dam offers a place to stop for refreshments. Now continue along the west bank to the Lister dam. The dam wall separates the water masses of the Bigge and Listertalsperre dams. The route continues around the Sonderner Kopf, where there is also a lido for a refreshing dip. In Eichhagen, you cross the Biggesee and return to the starting point in Olpe.
