Since my childhood, I have tried to experience the unmistakable taste of local honey again and again, as I remember it from my very first spoonful of honey. So, year after year since 1992, we have been working with our bees on the liquid gold of the Sauerland. For several years in a row, our honey has been awarded gold by the Landesverband Westfalen und Lippischer Imker e.V. (State Association of Westfalen and Lippe Beekeepers). Honey quality is our highest goal, which is why we have chosen the sustainable path and opted for organic farming.
