The trail starts in Gerlingen past the music house behind the Easter bonfire site, to the right of Antoniusweg.
The path is divided into four elements, a climbing game with spider webs and a slide for younger children is located on the left on a large area, which used to be the old railroad tunnel.
If you now walk along the former railroad line in the direction of the sewage treatment plant, you will come to a rest area with benches for a short break, from where you have a direct view of Gerlingen's church tower.
If you continue along the path, you come to the real attraction, the pump track.
The closed circuit with its steep bends and waves can be ridden on inline skates, skateboards, bikes, balance bikes or bobby cars and is therefore attractive for all age groups.
The calisthenics station is the fourth and final element of the recreation trail, where you can train your strength and endurance using your own body weight.
This makes the recreation trail a real attraction for young people, children and adults alike.
