Our bakery was founded over 75 years ago by master baker Hermann Hesse in the beautiful Sauerland region. To this day, as a family business, it is a matter close to our hearts to provide people in our region with artisan-baked bread and rolls made from high-quality, regional ingredients.
We live and love our craft, which is why we bake according to our own recipes in our bakery in Welschen Ennest. In our 54 specialty bakery stores and cafés in the Südwestfalen region, you can enjoy hot drinks made from fair-trade organic coffee, sweet treats and snacks for those quick hunger pangs.
